“The Bordeaux Wine and Trade Museum is set in an old cellar, which unfortunately had a strong musty and mouldy smell that made it difficult for me to fully enjoy the visit. That said, the wine tasting was absolutely divine. The staff provided excellent knowledge about the wines, which added great value to the experience and made it worthwhile despite the setting. If you’re in Bordeaux, I would also highly recommend visiting the Cité du Vin museum for a more polished and immersive wine experience.”

It’s small and beautiful, the owner was extremely friendly and the wine was divine The second, larger vineyard, Chateau D’Agassac was visually much more impressive and the guide was friendly but the wine wasn’t anywhere near as nice, and there was only 1 toilet for 40-ish people meaning we were hugely delayed returning to the city”
